Ingredients (for 6 people):


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 plain yoghurt 
  • 1 packet of yeast powder (5.5 g) 
  • 3 Cups of all purpose flour 
  • 1 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of oil 
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt



Preparation of the recipe :

  • Switch on the oven & Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  • Using a whisk, whisk the eggs with the sugar (also called whiten eggs!) Until a white color is obtained.
  • Then add the flour, yeast, yoghurt and oil. Then pour the preparation into individual silicone molds.
  • Bake for 15 min, then let cool before unmolding.
  • To check if the cake is well cooked, plant a knife, it must come out clean. 


Notes:

You can add chocolate chips to your dough that melt when cooking. I used to oil my mold using paper towels. Be careful, however, not to put olive oil, but rape or other neutral oil.

You can add some zest of lemon, vanilla extract, or vanilla into the dough. The cooking time varies according to the size of your molds, count 30 minutes for a whole cake. "
